Server Update v3.0

Hi All.
Today i am going to announce the updates on server in Version3.0.Here is the list.
•New dm zones have been added. /dmlist to see the commands.
•Short form of /Settings " /s" has been added.
•Short form of /complain "/c" has been added.
•Minor bugs have been fixed.
•Clothes bug and Player/Admin colour bug has been fixed.
•Anti-Cheat has been improved.
•/moneyrush ( Short form was /mr ) command has been changed to /moneybag with short form /mb
•Old car neon system has been removed and new car neon system has been added.
•Donators must read rules by /drules.
•Fighting styles in /settings ( /s ) have been changed and improved.You may select any of them and use them by pressing "Right click and Enter"
•New Rules : 2Shoot and C-Bug is allowed.
•All other updates like

-Donation Method.
are also the part of v3.0
